Excel: CAGR formula

Use this button to insert a CAGR formula in the selected cell. When you click it, UpSlide displays the form below. With it, you can choose the data range and select the correct type of data.

The CAGR is computed using the formula below.


Note 1:

The source data range must

  • have only one dimension (row or column),
  • contain at least two cells with numerical data,
  • contain only blank or numerical cells.

Note 2:

When the form is first loaded, UpSlide tries to determine automatically which cells should be used to compute the CAGR by looking at the cells on the left of the selection. In the example above, UpSlide would automatically detect the data range.
